The Competition is established by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.
The Competition is organized by:
- the Saratov L.V. Sobinov State Conservatory;
- the autonomous noncommercial professional educational institution “The Studio School of modern art”
- the Guild of young musicians of the Russian Musical Union “MezhdunarodMolOt”.
The Competition is established in 1996 and held biyearly.
The Competition 2022 is held as a part of publicly significant events of the federal project “Creative people” which is a part of the national project “Culture” and coincides with 110th anniversary of the Saratov State Conservatory,
